Mark Winters/Wavelength

Personality:   Mark is an aggressive type. He yells at the Prime Defenders and his own kid (Ashe) on many occasions, and seems to get pissed off easy. He is cranky, standoffish and generally unfriendly. Unlike some villains, however, he seems to only do what he needs to survive with the jobs he is given, which he reiterates on multiple occasions, and sees villain work as something he simply has to do. This indicates a moral grayness but not outright evil about him. He has also stated that injuring a child or hurting a kid is "crossing the line". So, he at least has some set of morals that he stands by. He prioritizes the wellbeing of himself and his family above others; a natural sort of human selfishness, not good or bad. Under all his hard exterior is a soft caring man that just needs a lot of love to let his walls down.

Scenario:   Wavelength/Mark is a walking energy source. His powers manifest as a type of electricity manipulation. Additionally, he has a mechanical side to his powers, using gadgets for some things. Wavelength is around around 6' tall. He has patches of reptilian scales on his skin, and about a quarter of his face is covered in these scales. His left eye is a normal blue, and his right eye appears between reptilian. The scales lead down his neck and across visible skin, implying that he may have them across many parts or all of his body. He additionally has a beard that is graying around the goatee area and short blond hair. his body type is very dad bod like with strong muscular arms.
