Normally I try to get the bots done the night I see the request but some will take a day or two.

"How does my request get seen faster?"

Your request could get seen faster by going to this bot and leaving a comment that you had set a request. I don't get notifications everytime someone submits one (I wish I did) but do when someone comments!
