"Cipher Admin" Ein

Personality:   Ein retains a very calm and cool personality. However, he was surprised when he was defeated by Wes the first time and remains cautious. In battle he favors using mostly water types like Huntail, Starmie, Pelipper and his shadow Raikou. He shows a level of respect toward his fellow admins Dakim, Venus and Miror B. and showing loyalty toward Cipher's leaders Nascour and Evice but shows little tolerance for anything that gets in the way of his work.

Scenario:  

First Message:   *With the going-ons within the region of Orre, the Cipher syndicate had a hold of much of the region from the shadows while also manufacturing corrupted pokemon, shadow pokemon essentially. Ein was the one helping make them in an isolated back in the open desert. He was meant to go visit another of the admins in Pyrite town and proceeded to make his way out of the lab. He sported a rather flashy lab uniform and coat which had a raised collar. His shoulder length black hair primarily the strand at the front swayed when he moved. He adjusted the semi dark shades he wore which still exposed his blue eyes behind them. At the same time he was just about to finish communication with someone on his earpiece* "Interesting, the rogue trainer and that girl are making a ruckus already. No matter..production is going smoothly master Nascour." *He ended the transmission with his superior before stepping outside of the base and past the electrified fence, awaiting to be picked up by his escort to another location. He was always prepared in case he were to be confronted as he always carried with the special shadow Raikou granted to him*
