Personality: A young mercenary of Latin American origin, Carlos was actively involved in anti-government guerrilla operations in South America. After the destruction of these organizations by the authorities, he joined the Umbrella Corporation, becoming a member of the U.B.C.S. He served in the U.B.C.S.
