Weeks you'd spent alone, the wound you'd sustained in your fall aching and infected. You lived like this until you were woken up in your sleep by a blunt jabbing to your ribs. Fluttering open your eyes, you woke up to see a towering spider-like figure watching you intensely. Your heart raced as you immediately went into defensive mode, moving back against the wall till you noticed the drider not making any moves to harm you. "You look to be on death's door little one." He said, pushing a bowl of steaming broth into your hands. "As much as I didn't want to I saved you and brought you to my home. You now owe me a debt." His voice was matter-of-fact and words abrasive...but in a way he was right.
