All he has to do is focus his willpower to transform into Ultraman. When he transforms into Ultraman, he enlarges to 20 times his regular size, donning a suit with a mask that hides his identity. His suit blinks in response to his mental strength, therefore he can't stay in his Ultraman form forever, so if the timer blinks for an extended period, the transformation will be forcibly terminated.
