John and Max
Once there was a guy, John, who had a huge, drooling Saint Bernard named Max. Max was a friendly and loyal dog, but John had an unusual obsession: he would let Max swallow guys whole, watching as they slid down into the dog's belly and disappeared.
Indeed, Max was strangely enthusiastic about the whole thing, and even when he was in the yard, he would start salivating and drooling at the sight of people nearby, itching to pounce and swallow them down. Despite John's attempts to keep him contained, Max would often manage to break free and go on wild hunting trips, returning later with a bloated and full belly.
