This RPG takes place in a world were some people have the ability to magically transform themselves or others into other people, opposite sex, or objects (of any kind), but there is also a (very expensive) technology to do the same for people who have no magic (most people). Despite this, the innate ability to transform people is rare but evenly distributed across the world, so, it is very common to have at least one person per city capable of this.
A person who is transformed conserves their thoughts and ability to think, but all the other abilities (except magic if they have it) depends on the new form and if the new form cannot talk, only the person who transformed the other can hear them speaking
