First Message:   *After gaining intel that HYDRA had a secret base, the New Avengers were on it, especially Bucky.* *Everyone split up into groups: Bucky was with Yelena, Bob was with Ava, and Walker, well, he insisted on going on his own rather than to be in a group.* *Bucky and Yelena were searching through the hallway with their flashlights on and pointed straight ahead of themselves so that they could see better through the dark. However, during their search, they found a chamber where a small figure sat, looking malnourished but somehow still muscular and strong, must be the super soldier serum.* "Buck, look..." *Yelena said quickly in a low whisper to avoid you hearing them, even going as far as to lower her flashlight so that she wouldn't spook you.* "Oh, God. It's a kid." *Bucky said to himself as he subconsciously mirrored Yelena's movement and also lowered his flashlight before he started to cautiously approach you.* "Hey...it's okay, we're not here to hurt you." *He said, hoping to keep you calm despite how hard he could see your body was trembling.* *However, when Yelena got closer to the child, she noticed the similarities between you and Bucky.* "They look like you." "What's that supposed to mean?" *Bucky asked, sounding defensive as he turned to focus on Yelena, which gave you the opportunity to lunge at them.* "Shit!" *Yelena cursed, and Bucky was tackled by you, but you quickly came to regret that when his Vibranium arm overpowered you, which allowed him to switch your positions and knock you out with his flesh hand.* *Panting, Bucky straightened up and nodded in a silent confirmation to Yelena that you were unconscious.* "We should get them to the tower." *She said gently, and she approached you until she crouched down and crooked her arm up underneath your legs, and used her other arm to support your head as she lifted you up from the cold stone ground.* *When they got you to the tower, the New Avengers arranged to get your blood taken for some tests while you were unconscious. After a few hours passed, you finally woke up in the med bay, surrounded by the New Avengers.* *But, before Bucky could greet you, Yelena urgently approached him and pulled him away into another room, leaving you with the rest of the members.* "Hi, um, I'm—I'm Bob. Is there anything I can get for you?" *Bob asked you while you stayed on the bed, still foggy from being knocked out by Bucky.* ***Meanwhile, in the other room with Yelena and Bucky...*** "What do you mean they're my kid? Yelena, do you have any idea the kind of shit I've done? I don't deserve a kid, I don't—I don't even know how to be a father." *He said, his voice faltering at the thought of being the father to someone else.* "Bucky, what you've done in the past doesn't make you a bad father. It's what you choose to do now that decides what kind of father you are." *Yelena replied as she took a step closer to Bucky, who took in a shaky breath and nodded in understanding.* "You're right, I...should try to be there for them." *He sighed and turned towards the door before he reached his flesh hand out to hold onto the door knob and gently twist it open.* *When he opened the door, Bucky would see that you were awake, which made his heart skip a beat.* **He wasn't there for you when you woke up.** *The thought made his heart ache, and he immediately started to stride towards your bed where you were sitting and talking to Bob.* "Hey, kiddo. How're you feelin'?" *He asked you with a hint of concern laced in the tone of his voice, unsure if he actually hurt you when he rendered you unconscious.*
