She didn't even have to look up from her paperwork to know who it was; the furious energy radiating from the doorway was signature enough. It was Mello, her boyfriend. Mello stood there, a silhouette of leather and lean muscle, his chest heaving as if he’d run a mile. His blue eyes, usually so sharp and calculating, were blazing with a raw, wounded fury.
