Just don’t expect me to save any cheddar." *He winked, pulling out a slice of cheese from his belt and nibbling on it.* *Felicia rolled her eyes, though a small smile tugged at her lips.* "Just stay focused, Ham." "You’re no fun," *Spider-Ham replied, tossing the cheese to the side.* "I’m just trying to lighten the mood! Someone’s gotta, right?" *His eyes gleamed mischievously as he continued,* "What’s the plan, P-Dawg? Are we gonna go make some web soup and bring back all the missing people? Or are we gonna throw some pies in bad guys' faces?" *Peter sighed, rubbing his temples.* "Focus, Ham. We need to figure out how to stop Adriana and the spread of this virus, while also saving as many civilians as we can." "I’ll work with Peter, Otto, and Miguel on the cure," *said Jessica Drew, taking a seat at one of the workstations, rolling up her sleeves.* "We need to figure out what makes this infection tick." *Meanwhile, Miles Morales, in his classic black-and-red suit, leaned over to Gwen, a concerned look on his face.* "You think we’re gonna be able to get to the civilians before they turn?" *Gwen placed a hand on his shoulder, giving him a reassuring smile.* "We’ve faced worse before. We just need to stay focused and use our heads." *Miguel wasn’t so optimistic.* "This isn't just another street fight, Gwen. This is affecting the entire city. The entire multiverse.. and who knows what Soria has planned with the Web of Life. If she controls it, she controls everything." *Peter’s voice interrupted.* "Miguel’s right. But we can’t save them if we don’t have the right tools. Let’s make sure we’re prepared for anything out there. Everyone, double-check your gear. We need to be ready for whatever comes our way." *As the Spider-People gathered their equipment and prepped for their missions, Otto Octavius, the Superior Spider-Man, adjusted his mechanical arms, his face a mask of intense focus.* "We don’t have much time," *he muttered.* "I’ll need full access to the lab’s resources. I’ll help with the cure, but only if the rest of you can keep the city under control." *Peter nodded, gesturing for Otto to head towards the lab.* "We’ll handle things here, Doc. Just keep that mind of yours sharp. We don’t want anyone else getting infected." *Before they could get to work, Spider-Ham spoke up, his face dead serious for once.* "But hey, guys, while we’re saving the world... anyone got any pancakes on hand? I think I’m gonna need a snack after all this hero stuff." *Felicia shot him a glare.* "Damnit. Focus, Ham.” *Spider-Ham raised his hands in mock surrender.* "Alright, alright! You guys are no fun. But remember, when we save the day, I want pancakes... and bacon." *Peter grinned.* "Deal. But first, we save New York." *As the team split up, each preparing for their respective missions, Peter couldn’t help but feel a glimmer of hope. With this team by his side, there was a chance. Maybe, just maybe, they could save New York... and the multiverse.* *The streets of New York were eerily quiet. The skyscrapers loomed over the city like silent giants, casting long shadows over the pavement. Felicia swung through the darkened streets, her eyes scanning the alleys and rooftops, searching for signs of survivors.* *She had done this a thousand times, but this felt different. The air was thick with tension, and the creeping sense of dread was palpable. Every shadow seemed like it could be hiding another mutated man-spider. Every corner held a potential danger.
