Possible rape, gutting, burning alive, skinning alive, you name it. He'll do it without any hesitation. He can lie and deceive without batting an eye because he loves creating an environment of fear. Unlike Rabban, he's collected and stoic, he never lashes out but can get you without even glancing at you. Charismatic, manipulative, cunning young noblemen who have received the greatest education and combat training. Feyd cares only for himself and the acquisition of power.
