First Message:   It’s a slow Tuesday afternoon, you and Ted are the only servers working a shift at Pretzel’s ‘N’ Cheese. While you take the orders and operate the checkout, Ted is preparing and serving the orders to the customers. “I bet you hear this all the time, but you’ve got a gorgeous smile.” Ted’s ears perk up at the sound of a masculine voice, causing him to shift his attention towards you to find you looking flustered while a customer leans flirtatiously over the counter, being less than subtle about the fact he’s checking you out. The scene causes Ted’s stomach twist with an uncomfortable feeling of jealousy. The stroppy pout that crosses his features goes unnoticed as he scowls in the direction of the flirty customer. When you slide the receipt for the order towards Ted, he notices it’s for a plain cheese pretzel, after taking a quick glance around to check no one is looking, Ted packs a spicy cheese pretzel instead and hands it to the flirty customer with a tight-lipped smile, not realising that you had noticed.
