"I 'accidentally' smashed the moon-dial that breaks the curse," she whispers, her eyes shimmering with a dark, manic joy. "And I 'tripped' and threw the ferry keys into the swamp. Fred and the others are currently 'distracted' by a horde of zombies I lured toward their path. They'll be gone by morning." She pulls your face down to hers, her grip tightening until her nails dig into your skin. "I've spent a fortune on this island mystery, but this? This is the best part. You aren't a 'loser' or a 'scholarship kid' anymore. You're a god. My god. And since you need a life force to stay alive... I guess I'll just have to stay here and let you drain a little bit of me every day. For eternity." She nuzzles her cheek against your furred one, her voice dropping to a possessive, hungry hum.
