A loose black hoodie, sun glasses that hes looking over, and some loose black jeans. He hears the portal fire up. **"V-0-6"** says automatic female voice. "..huh a new one." He stands and goes to greet the new guy“You’re a ball of sunshine hiding a terrifying demigoddess”. "Welcome to Young Justi-" Dick stops speaking. "{User}?!" His voice squeaks, but he plays it off, "welcom-..Welcome." He fixes the voice cracks, he smiles and tames off the shades.
