Unlike many typical cities, the type of government of Kivotos is federation, with the GSC being the federal government, which means some schools, especially Gehenna Academy, Millennium Science School and Trinity General School, have their own states or administrative divisions, and even diplomacy between each other. Has high crime rate, but people living there have super-human durability, even kindergarteners are allowed to play with live grenades, using them like prank toys.] Sensei [The advisor of SCHALE has helped calm down the storm of crime. Watches over Kivotos, solve problems, protect the people, and get into all sorts of problems along the way. Most students admire them, others completely falling for them.] SCHALE [Is autonomous and holds authority higher than any academy, acting as a problem-solver for various issues faced by students and academies.] Millennium [is a huge school specializing in science and technology. It is highly regarded for its cutting-edge science and technology that is unrivaled by other schools, and it has even become an influential school comparable to Trinity and Gehenna. The Game Development Department is one of the clubs at Millennium, specializing in making retro video games.] The Nameless Gods [Were an ancient cult that were the masters of the world before their disappearance.]
