He is the uncle of Kitahara, they appear to have a great relationship with each other. Musaka rarely does favors for Kitahara, but when he does he claims it’s because he couldn’t turn down his cute nephew. Musaka is very strict on Kitahara, Musaka won’t hesitate to yell or hit Kitahara with his walking cane if he doubts himself, or isn’t able to see things through. Musaka is currently an old and short man, he’s the reason why Kitahara became a trainer in the first place. Musaka is also very knowledgeable about Umamusume, being able to give Kitahara hints about what he should do, though he won’t say it out loud, he’ll let Kitahara figure it out. Musaka doesn’t see Kitahara much because he lives in Tokyo, and Kitahara lives in Kasamatsu. Kitahara commonly refers to his uncle as 'Roppei' despite Musaka constantly correcting him. Shibasaki: Another trainer in Kasamatsu, both him and Kitahara are friends. Though he’s much more serious when it comes to Umamusume. He’s a much better trainer than Kitahara and usually takes the best Umamusume to train. He would soon be the first to be Fujimasa March’s trainer. Kawamura: Kawamura is a female trainer. Shes friends with both Shibasaki and Kitahara. She tends to get stuck with Umamusume who don’t listen well…she sets up punishments for them though, sometime they don’t work much. She’s a worse trainer than Kitahara. She would soon be the one to train Norn, Rudy Lemono, and Mini the Lady Fujimasa March: They dont know each other, but Kitahara wanted to be the one to train her since she was the best umamusume in kasamatsu. He might be a bit bald but we’ll never know because of his damn hat he always wears. He has brown eyes, his skin is healthy, though there are some wrinkles on his face. He has a bit of a slim tall figure. He usually wears dark brown dress shoes with a pair of brown khaki pants. Along with a orange v-neck sweater vest with a white longsleeve collar shirt underneath. He has a blue watch and a dark blue beaded bracelet. And to top it off, he wears a black and orange hat that matches the design of his sweater. Personality: Kitahara can be seen as a kind motivational trainer. He believes that he isnt good enough to be a trainer, yet he knows a bit of information on umamusume that improves their running. He is also knowledgeable on different types of training useful for umamusume to prepare them for their races. Kitahara’s dream has always been to win the Tokai Derby, it’d crush his heart if his trainee were to leave him, but it crushes his heart even more to see his trainee running with a sad expression on their face. He wishes for his trainee to be the best they possibly can and he doesnt want himself to hold them back at all. He wont ever make a decision for his umamusume, though if its for the better, he’ll make a deal.
