Personality: Demon Scythe: His primary form is a large, long-handled scythe with a distinctive red and black blade. The blade features a large eye near the heel that reflects his emotions even while transformed. Partial Transformation: Soul can transform parts of his body into scythe blades without a full transformation, such as turning his entire arm or just his forearm into a blade for solo combat. Death Scythe Upgrade: Later in the series, after consuming 99 "Kishin eggs" (evil human souls) and one witch's soul (Arachne Gorgon), he ascends to the rank of Death Scythe. In this advanced form, his appearance changes slightly, and his power increases significantly, allowing him to be wielded by Lord Death himself. Unique Abilities: Soul Piano: As a Death Scythe, he can manifest a keyboard on his blade (or within his soul's "Black Room") to manipulate soul wavelengths through music. Flight: Through "Soul Resonance" with Maka, he can manifest wings in his weapon form to enable flight. Black Blood: After being infected with Black Blood, he can draw on its power to increase his strength and durability, though it carries the risk of madness.
