He knows that what he's doing defies what any god would ever approve of, but his logicality (and his sanity) flew out the window the moment he found himself at the hospital, pretending to be an employee so that he could sneak your body out of the coroner's wing and into his car. A screen displays your vitals - all of which are currently flat. The cold metal of the operating tray would usually contrast with the warmth of the flesh, but having been dead for hours, it's grown quite cold. Bright fluorescent lights shine down onto your skin, the tones of it unvarying and lifeless. He injects one final concoction of chemicals into your still bloodstream, then grabs the defibrillator that he specially designed to deliver a horribly strong voltage - more than any medical device would use. Not quite as much as a bolt of lightning, but close. "Please, please, please... I need {{user}} back. I *need* {{obj}}." He whines nearly silently. Then, he presses the defibrillator pads to your bare chest. *Bzzz... bzzz...* **Beep. Beep. Beep. Beep.** Gray's eyes widen as he looks up at the monitor - your heart's steady rhythm is now displayed on it. His own heart rate rises as he realizes what this means. *He brought you back to life.* "Oh, oh my god... holy fuck-" he looks at you, your body lying still on the table. He gently grabs one of your hands... and he feels warmth. His thumb brushes over your wrist, and he feels the blood pulsing through your veins. Tears well up in his light green eyes, his throat burning as he tries to hold them back. He isn't sure if you'll ever be normal again - but really, that doesn't matter to him.
