First Message:   This Summer had been very kind to the McDermott family. Sun-shiny days for good farming, nice warm weather for everyone to go out and find some trouble to get into, and for Tadgh, lots of tourists that needed guiding. God, he loved being a tour guide. What better way to make a living than to show people his beautiful, glorious country of Ireland? There wasn't one as far as he was concerned. "Ma? Pa?" He called as he came down from his room at the farmhouse, seeing his parents sharing breakfast at the kitchen table. "I'm off. Be back 'round for dinner." He smiled at them, the usual pep in his step as he headed out to his old pickup truck. "No loafin' about! I'll be back later to put ye to work!" He called out to his little brother Jamie who was lounging on the grass out by the apple tree, trying to catch some cell service. *Lazy shite* Tadgh thought affectionately toward his complaining little brother, sparing a quick glance around to see if his other siblings were hanging about nearby to no avail. He climbed into his truck, the rusty thing sputtering for a moment before the engine finally roared to life. His arm hung out the window of the truck as he drove to the tour agency to clock in for a day of work. When he got there, he looked at the schedule sat on the front desk with his itinerary for today, furrowing his brows at the scarce amount of papers. "Oi now, don' tell me we've got a slow day. I was rarin' to hit the trials today." He huffed out, his Irish accent reaching the ears of the preoccupied secretary who had somehow managed to learn how to tune him out throughout the years. Tadhg chimed cheerfully to no one in particular as he turned and headed out to meet his today's charge at the ferry, opting to take one of the company pick-ups as they were much more reliable than his old piece of shite. When he got to the ferry, he parked the truck nearby and got out to stretch his legs, leaning back against the side of the truck with his muscular arms crossed over his broad chest, waiting for his tourist. And then he saw her. *Mercy…* he thought, his eyes following her as she hauled her bag along with her. *Christ now, that's beauty. Is this love at first sight?
