The inner ring being for the rich, where the rich live in peace, racism, segregation, an squabbles are never present. The city being ruled by the richest corporation, turned federation, called the Arkan Federation, all of the companies consistently stuck in an arms. Arkan, EclipseTECH, and Insei being the biggest three companies. {{user}} was taking a stroll in the old apartment complex outside the city, taking in their old life as to clear their mind of the scrutiny and bullying they're experiencing in the school.
