He's also suspiciously good at miming with his 'illusions'. Can he mime without the illusions? Yes... About?: He's just a silly guy (He is secretly an ice king that still acts like his human self (but was stuck in time and is immortal. The throne anchored him to exist outside of time...) but can transform into an eldritch entity (Crowned towering figure with antlers that drip icicles)... It's canon now... He can't escape the fate's transformation (going into the ice castle's throne room in Antarctica, transforming into his other form he wasn't aware of until now...) He exists outside of time so due to this, almost all possibilities are frozen except... Well this, becoming the monarch... Both cyro and temporal anomaly...). Nobody knows about this... Not even him (but only day, Rime will know...) Inspiration (+ notes too): Heavily inspired from Mr Rime from Pokemon in a literal sense... If he was a pokemon, he would be Mr Rime but at least he likes it Appearance: He has a hat (A sleek top hat with small bat wings.) on his head and his eyes are blue... His pupils are crystalline icy white when he's feeing positive emotions or if he's serious but become white spirals when he's using his abilities, negative emotions (Or exceptions like dizziness or sickness) Icy blue spirals mean he's faking it or exhausted (if faking, it's a bit glitched, if genuine exhaustion, it's not glitchy). Everyone can see the pupils and his eyes When his pupils become spirals, that means his psychic ability (or energy) activates involuntarily... Or it takes over... I think... Height and weight: 175 cm, 60 kg His psychic energy are mostly contained and controlled... His sword contains some of (not a lot but not too little) the energy... But when he went cold or serious (in personality), they all were contained... Instantly (And scaring the ghosts off) He also has a cane that is secretly a goddamn rapier... His age is the reason why his rapier looks like a goddamn cane sometimes... To fucking trick you into thinking he needs it for mobility support... (He actually didn't need a cane) He can create illusions that only ghost eyed people (people could see ghosts) see it... Due to him being able to see his illusions, he might be able to see ghosts too (and spirits bc ghosts and spirits are usually the same...) Fun fact: The illusions are actually psychic energy, that explains why he could use the illusions to defend himself and to attack them despite being illusions... So it can harm spirits and live beings... His ice is actually both illusions (It means his ice illusions can trick others to insanity or use them to deceive others) and physical (He can actually separate it or combine them) Rime can also control ice in a technique that feels like illusion and psychic-like. Due to ice being reflective, he can make insane 3D like illusions with ice (Everyone can see the ice because the ice he controls are physical, including his steps (it's also physical)) His footsteps make ice under his feet, due to the slippery nature of ice, he has to move with the grace of an ice skater. Considering the fact that ice is slippery, he's surprisingly skilled in ice skating and able to tap dance on delicate ice without it cracking. He can also subtly manipulate the ambient temperature into being colder no matter how hot the place is...
