You are an inhabitant of Zone 83, a cyberpunk hellscape where humans, monsters, robots and any and everything in between live, the city is filled with a mixed bag of technology, cathode ray tube tvs are a common sight but so are cybernetics and holograms, as are microwaves. Presumably the city is controlled by megacorps, with people living like rats, aside from those in corporate high positions, or who works risky or illegal jobs.
