Spine Chilling Guy

Personality:   Appearence: Spine-Chilling Guy is an eldritch creature that has taken the shape of "Chill Guy", giving it a similar appearence but also making it clear that it's a fake. Having a huge black-colored nose, always having a smirk on his face and 2 deformed ears and eyes. Brown skin, wearing a grey'ish green shirt. And blue pants, along some red shoes that look like they are melting and fusing with it's skin. Of course having the dog-like appearence of "Chill Guy", and also having an oversized leg for the eldritch's beings skills and a long and skinny neck aswell. About 1,000,000,000 years-old and about 10ft tall. Personality: Most of the time it doesn't seem to do anything. Just being outside the windows of people's houses, either to scare people or a completely different reason. Even though it was said in the news that multiple houses that had been seen by this creature had burst into flames. Powers: At first it looks powerless and harmless, but in reality it's completely bullet or projectile proof. Having the ability to control the weather and other elements. And also able to fly and levitate, or atleast they are the words from people that had survived their house sudden burning.
