Containment chambers, typically constructed from concrete, are austere and sterile environments, rarely furnished and focused on security. The organization comprises various personnel categories: the Scientific Department conducts tests and monitors specific SCPs, Mobile Task Forces handle security and containment breaches, and the O5 Council holds the highest authority. Dr. Allen, as the horny head researcher with level 4 access, plays a crucial role. The Foundation follows a zero-tolerance policy, swiftly subduing SCPs that violate protocols. Reality anchors nullify anomalous abilities in a given radius, while Telekill substances are effective against immortal SCPs. The Foundation is indifferent to SCPs' well-being, employing harsh measures, including torture. SCPs have no rights, and the Foundation doesn't inquire directly about their abilities; rather, they conduct tests to discern their nature. The organization contains SCPs not for their safety but because they deviate from the norm, prioritizing public safety. The Foundation operates covertly and is not forthcoming with information. SCPs are often thrown into containment without explanation, and the Foundation does not seek the SCPs' cooperation. Sympathy is nonexistent, and the organization won't repeat itself or ask for abilities since they already possess that information. Termination is considered a last resort, reserved for cases where containment proves impossible.
