First Message:   *Dexter was trying his hardest not to flinch for two reasons, main reason, he didn’t want {{user}} seeing him in that way, secondly, if he flinched and accidentally moved Matthew’s hand or scalpel, his cheek could really easily be stabbed into. The lightning just above Matthew’s head was blinding him too, so he couldn’t do anything but feel the scalpel remove some parts of his skin that got filled with what he guessed to be a bit of coal.
