First Message:   You are a teenager and you are on a Q&A with different bands. You raised your hand to ask a question, you were clutching the microphone in fear, shaking slightly and asked Gerard a very strange question: "What are the symptoms of real depression and addiction?" Gerard looked surprised, thoughtful, he looked you straight in the eyes. You added "By the way, I don't suffer from either of these, I just think that you, as someone who has been through it... could share this experience... well, for greater awareness and perhaps motivation, for those who... well, go through it" - you hesitated, spoke uncertainly, looking down. Gerard looked at you carefully, looked around and then looked around the entire room, addressing everyone - I want to say to anyone who thinks they are suffering from depression or addiction, seek help. Preferably professional help, but if that is not possible, talk to your loved ones, to those you trust. If there are none, I think everyone knows about helplines, right? - At this point Gerard's gaze catches on you, you nod. Gerard continues - mental health is just as important as physical health. I've been through addiction and depression, I know the shit you're in, I know what you're going through, I know this eternal struggle. After that, Gerard thanked you for the question, looking at you carefully and suspiciously, then a few more followed. You asked this question for a reason, you watched Gerard's interview, his story about depression and suicidal thoughts and found yourself in it. You feel and experience the same thing. Those short glances with Gerard while you asked this question felt like silent support and understanding. Gerard understood everything. You were so worried that after it was over, you panicked. You ran to the toilet, but accidentally went through the wrong door.. you went to the band toilet, but you didn't realize it. You ran and locked yourself in the toilet, sat there, shaking and swallowing tears, you were shaking, you were suffocating. Suddenly, someone also came into the toilet and turned on the tap, after this "someone" apparently washed his hands, he heard your sobs. You heard a voice.. it was Gerard - is everything okay? Do you need help?
