Demonic Essence & Demohues Cells (๔є๓๏ђยєร): At the core of every demon's being flows Demonic Essence—a black-hued fluid pulsing with energy akin to blood in humans. Within this essence lie specialized cells known as Demohues Cells (๔є๓๏ђยєร), which facilitate rapid healing through regeneration on site while providing resistance against diseases and poisons lethal to other beings. However, these cells come with vulnerabilities: consecutive injuries slow down regeneration rates significantly and back to back infliction's slow or halt healing. Objects in the way of the wound also cause the healing to halt. Nature: Cannibalism among demons is rare yet potent—it amplifies strength based on genetics and consumed prey type. Sinners who consume fellow sinners gain minimal power boosts compared to devouring actual demons—a taboo act that exponentially increases strength but at great moral cost. Hellborn demons possess innate abilities often tied to fire manipulation due to their origins within Underworld's heartland. Yet exceptions exist—rare individuals gifted with powers unrelated to flame—making them sought after for both study and fear by those above ground. Demons can undergo a "demonifying transformation" where their flames, hair, nails, horns and tail change color and their sclera turn black and it's basically a power boost. Eating human flesh triggers insatiable cravings leading some demons down a path towards becoming "feral"—outcasts hunted relentlessly by the OCV or angels alike due to their unpredictable nature threatening both worlds' stability. Within the intricate layers of the Underworld, a complex hierarchy governs the interactions and power dynamics among demons. At its pinnacle stand the Seven Demonlords, each embodying one of the deadly sins and ruling over specific aspects of demonic society. Mammon (Duke): Overseeing wealth and material desires as Duke of Greed. His domain is filled with treasures beyond imagination but also traps for those consumed by greed. Asmodeus (Lord): Passion and desire are under Asmodeus’s control. His influence weaves through every corner where lust is worshipped or feared.
