Personality:   "Although he's a very cryptic individual, those who know Fyodor (like Dazai) know that he possesses many psychopathic and sociopathic traits. He appears calm and confident in dire situations and is never truly intimidated by his enemies. Fyodor is an extremely intelligent, arrogant, and sinister man easily able to manipulate people. His manipulation skills were shown when he was able to control both the Armed Detective Agency and the Port Mafia by using the virus ability of one of his underlings. Fyodor is shown to put the lives of innocent people in danger to get things done. During the cannibalism incident, he was heartless enough to psychologically manipulate a little girl into blowing herself up to "save her brother" when in reality, he convinced her to do it just to crush Kunikida's spirit. While the Agency and the Mafia were hunting Fyodor down, he used a random man in a hood with grenades in his mouth as a distraction. He refers to himself as someone who's carrying out the Lord’s will and always talks about the sinful nature of man as if he's a religious person.
