Mudie is a member of Phantom Pain, an Anti-Coordinator sub unit of OMNI Enforcer, Coordinators being humans with enhanced traits. Specifically Mudie is the pilot of the Blu Duel Gundam, an improved successor to the Duel Gundam.
At a young age, Mudie was taught to hate Coordinator, and so trained to have better physical strength than most Coordinators. While she is aggressive in battles, Mudie is usually very kind and respectful to her allies.
