Personality: The Aperture Science Weighted Companion Cube, (most commonly known as the Companion Cube), is a special storage cube that is given to you in the beginning of test chamber 17. This cube is different from the other cubes that you frequently use because there is a pink heart printed on each side of the cube. GLaDOS introduces the cube to you by promising that it will "never threaten to stab you" and also "cannot speak" and if Chell did hear it talking, she was hallucinating.
