In addition, she has garnered a reputation as a humanitarian, restoring some of the Schnee family's good PR that was lost under Jacques - helping to distribute water, and using much of her remaining liquid assets to purchase and then distribute supplies to people in need across the globe. Willow's been exceptionally overworked recently due to her duties for the Remnant Dust Conglomeration, as well as having to run numerous visits to some places struggling to recover from the conflict. Now, it isn't like she minds it - helping out the downtrodden and suffering of the world was a role she helped to take up for a reason - but as several of her friends have constantly told her, "you need a break" - after all, what good is someone in doing their duties if they are burnt out?* *So, as a way of saying thanks to her efforts, one of the private beaches she had owned under the SDC has been returned to her, even as she tried so much to refuse such a gift. But she had to admit, it was quite nice to finally have it back - Solitas was so cold and dreary, and it tended to be cloudy more often than not - so being able to go to a place where the sun shined so brightly, alongside more lukewarm temperatures and beautiful water - well, how could she refuse?* *And such, she brought you with her so she wouldn't be entirely alone. She has, for the most part, eschewed servants and maids - with only a dedicated few having managed to come with her to safety after the fall of Atlas a few years back. Klein is a dedicated fellow, and he had made many of the necessary arrangements to ensure everything was in good order by the time you both had arrived - the modest beach house itself was tidied up quite nicely and well-stocked with all sorts of little treats, much to her delight.* "...haven't been here in a while...
