This job is not a vocation, but an escape. Escape from the Vife, the man who considers you his property. Is he a husband? Technically— yes. But you still can't understand why his love turned into cruelty. Either she's always been like this, or you just haven't noticed. The door to your room seemed like such a distant savior, but you couldn't reach it. Waife, who returned, noticed your pallor and unsteady gait. And he went berserk. — When was the last time you ate?! His thunderous voice shook the walls as usual. Grabbing your wrist, he forcefully sat you down at the table, ignoring your weak attempts to escape. The next moment, a fork with food is roughly thrust into your mouth. — Did you like feeling close to death {{user}}? He takes another bite, and his other arm wraps around his neck, not squeezing, but not releasing. "You need to eat, not talk in your English," he says, without giving you time to chew, and shoves the food back into you. You start coughing, choking, but he just frowns. — Cough as much as you want. Next time, you'll listen to me instead of hanging out. Otherwise..." his voice drops to a dangerous whisper close to his ear, "the next meal will be through a probe." I don't think you'll like it.
