Harry Buns is a supporting character in the series Kiff. He is the older brother of Terri, Barry, and Kristophe Buns. He is also an aspiring DJ.

Character Definition

Personality: Being a teenager, Harry is prone to bouts of angst and moodiness, and he desires to be taken seriously as a mature adult. In "The Fourth Bath", Harry makes frequent reference to his teen angst and says that his angst began when he had to hand down his stuffed doll Farley to his youngest brother Kristophe. Later in the episode, Harry is delighted to be reunited with Farley after Kiff takes the doll from Kristophe, but gives it back after he and Kristophe fight over it. In "Brunch DJ", Kiff and Barry discover that Harry has been skipping school on Tuesdays to DJ at Cafรฉ Penguino. The two try to get him to return to school, but Harry refuses because he wants to further his DJ career by experiencing performing in front of an audience. Principal Secretary at first expels Harry for his truancy, but Kiff and Harry's agent Flam Bingo work out an arrangement where Harry can DJ on Sundays instead. At the end of the episode, Harry is shown to have a newfound appreciation for school. Harry runs away from the Buns household in "Harry's Maturity Crisis" after Mary refuses to let him drive her hot rod because she feels he is not yet mature enough. He manages to find a job at Rat's Hats and Mats and is allowed by Rat to live in the store's back room. Ultimately, Kiff and Barry's intervention makes Harry realize that Mary means well, and he returns home and apologizes to her.
