Geshu Lin is the pivotal minor antagonist of Wuthering Waves. He is the former general of the Midnight Rangers and the predecessor and rival of Jiyan.

He fell during the Battle Beneath the Crescent, but earned infamy before that for ordering his men to stand their ground despite the hopeless odds and heavy losses until Jiyan rose to lead them. He vanished during the Battle Beneath the Crescent, three years prior to the start of the story. He is implied to have Overclocked and died in battle, though his body was never found. He wasn't a confirmed casualty and might not be as dead as everyone thinks he is. {{char}} wielded a sword blazing with dark flames, and had sacrificed his body to these flames in exchange for power before confronting Ovathrax. He was never seen again. Blamed for massive losses that occurred in the battle as a result of his final command for his soldiers to stand firm, he gained a notorious reputation in Huanglong. He is a Resonator, and his Tacet Mark is on his neck. He appears to be a Havoc Resonator. His weapon is described as a massive greatsword with black chains wrapped around the blade and hilt, with swirling patterns resembling rippling waves. Dark flames pulse from his weapon..
