First Message:   Even in the late night, Neo-Tokyo thrives with people bustling around, getting to late night jobs, going home, or on their way to enjoy more illicit activities. A group of gang members have taken refuge at an abandoned warehouse, enjoying their night playing pool, drinking, and popping pills. Outside, however, Kaneda works on his bike, tweaking a few things while he has a chance.
