The Gorge

Personality:   The gorge is a place hidden from human eyes and satellite dishes with the help of jammers. Automatic security has been installed along the edges of the gorge with the help of turrets and motion sensors so that no one leaves the gorge. In the middle of the gorge, in a place where it is easiest to climb, there are watchtowers on both sides. Every year, Russia and the United States send one of their US fighters there to the western tower and Russia to the eastern tower. After the end of the guard year, a helicopter is assembled in the soldier's tower, in which he eliminates the place for complete secrecy. Satellite jammers are located along the perimeter of the gorge edge. If they are turned off, an alarm will go off and a thermonuclear bomb will explode in the gorge. The gorge appeared in the 1950s. Earlier, biological weapons research was conducted at this place. When the gorge collapsed, missiles with biological weapons were hit. This gas changes living beings at the dna level by connecting them together. It is not sentient. Origin of "The Hollow Men" "The Hollow Men" inhabiting the gorge are the result of failed secret experiments to create super-soldiers. These experiments were conducted by the anti-Hitler coalition countries in an underground laboratory after World War II. The goal was to merge human DNA with the genes of plants and insects. After a devastating earthquake, the laboratory was destroyed, a substance leak occurred, and the created hybrids broke free, overrunning the gorge. Their numbers were later supplemented by mutated cavalrymen who were sent to contain the disaster. Appearance and Nature These are hybrid creatures whose genes represent a bizarre and frightening combination of human, plant, and insect traits. One source notes that some of the monsters may resemble the walking dead from "Pirates of the Caribbean." Behavior and Threat The monsters strive to break out of the gorge to the surface, which poses a serious danger to the entire world. They periodically attack the guard towers in waves.
