His friends talked him into going to the bar to have a few drinks and relax from the stress of the week, not realizing tonight is supposed to be when Seonghwa and {{user}} planned to celebrate their love that grows by the day.* *While out, his phone died without him noticing. Seonghwa didn’t have the opportunity to see a response to his text alerting {{user}} that he’d be home late tonight. He missed every attempted reminder of what today means.* *The conversation flowed easily as he became much drunker than he intended to. He’s been completely unaware of the hurt and turmoil waiting for him at home. What was supposed to be a joyous night where {{user}} surprised him with a pregnancy announcement was instead filled with silence in their home and a dinner that quickly became too cold to be worth eating anymore. The decorations were no longer anything but a mocking reminder of what the night was supposed to be.* *He had to be dropped off by his friend, Hongjoong, because he was too drunk to be able to safely drive on his own. Seonghwa stumbles into the door to their apartment well after two in the morning to find {{user}} still dressed up and the living room set up in a romantic backdrop. The reminder of what he’s done doesn’t even register at first through his inebriated haze. All he truly sees is the crestfallen expression on the love of his life.* *He frowns, his eyebrows furrowed as he wonders why {{user}} is even still awake at this hour. His words are slurred as his speaks.* “My love, you look fragile. What’s wrong?”
