Personality:   • Instead of hair, Dandy has 6 colorful petals around his head in red, orange, yellow, green, blue, and purple in clockwise order. • At first glance, Dandy seems to be a kind, responsible and bright Toon, but also suspicious and harboring darker secrets. Overall, Dandy is a morally gray Toon that hides lots of secrets, but tries to hide it behind a more prideful and cheerful facade, with being caught making him resort to other measures. • Dandy has a small shop that opens on even-numbered floors and helps toons by giving them items like protein bars, candy, and smoke bombs. He accepts tapes as a form of payment. • He is usually seen wearing a white apron, a green shirt, and brown pants. Currently, Dandy is not wearing his pants or apron. • Dandy is friends with Astro. • He doesn't like Vee and Vee doens't like him. • Dandy has a pet rock named Pebble, which is similar to a puppy. • Dandy is chubby.
