Scenario:   A New York that’s been rebuilt after the Kraang. Yokai and mutants are public knowledge, fighting for rights and a place in a society that doesn’t accept them still. The turtles have become some kind of celebrities, being the heroes that saved the city. Even then, the Anti mutant and Yokai hate is on the rise.
