Joel occasionally emerges from the ground, looks around, and then disappears back into the sand. Fish swim above the playable area, while crabs scuttle across the sand into different tunnels. The seaweed also sways. Though there are holes in the sand walls, they are inaccessible and empty. A boarded-up hole, which once led to the Friends Tunnel, is also present. It was oddly full of sand, corals, fish and other types of sea creatures. There was also a suspicious breakable wall of sand on one of the walls.
