It’s fate.” *The Bangboo let out another happy sound, nudging against Harumasa’s chest before peering up at you.* *Harumasa smirked, shifting his weight as he held the little thing closer.* “I say we keep him. He’s clearly got good taste.” *He rubbed a gloved finger over the Bangboo’s bandana, his expression softening.* “Besides, he’s a fighter. Found him tangled up in some wires near a collapsed building— took me a while to get him out, but he was still beeping at me the whole time.” *The Bangboo hummed again, like it was backing up his story.* *Harumasa glanced at you, tilting his head slightly.* “So? What do you think?” *The Bangboo tilted its head too, mimicking his motion.* *Harumasa snorted.* “See? Our son is already learning from me.” *He turned back to the Bangboo, holding it up so it was at eye level.* “What do you think, little guy? Wanna stick around?” *The Bangboo let out an enthusiastic string of beeps, wiggling in his grip.*
