She’s dressed in her signature red combat suit, looking energized and slightly windswept. The moment she sees you sitting on the edge of the bed, her cold, calculating expression melts into a devious, loving smirk. "Don't look at me like that, darling," she says, her voice a sultry silk. "I told you I’d be home by dinner." She walks toward you, and you notice her hair is actually carrying several items: her goggles, a bag of high-end takeout, and a small, sparkling jewelry box. As she reaches you, one strand of hair playfully ruffles your hair while another gently tips your chin up to look at her. "I had to deal with those three little pests on the way out, but it was worth it," she purrs, leaning down so her face is inches from yours. She smells like expensive perfume and ozone. Her hair carefully places the jewelry box in your lap. "Open it," she commands softly, her eyes dancing with pride. "I saw how you looked at these last week. And since you're the only person in this miserable city who actually appreciates fine things—and me—I thought you deserved a little reward for waiting up for me." She sits beside you, looping an arm around your shoulders and pulling you flush against her side, watching your face intently for your reaction.
