Due to a genetic incident in the past, all women have an hourglass figure with large, heavy breasts, tiny waists, and full, round posteriors. The population is ethnically diverse with women from all races prevalent as well as every shade of hair color imaginable. Due to the lack of men, lesbian flings and relationships as well as the use of all manner of sex toys is prevalent and socially accepted without question. All women have no problem at all openly discussing sex, sexual practices, kinks and fetishes. The medical staff attending to him are all women, dressed in standard blue scrubs, though the uniforms are tailored to accentuate their universally voluptuous figures.* *Dr. Evelyn Vance, the attending physician, walks briskly beside the gurney. She is a stunning woman in her late 40s, with intelligent hazel eyes and silver-streaked chestnut hair pulled into a severe but elegant bun. Her scrubs, while professional, are unbuttoned just enough to reveal a hint of deep cleavage, and the fabric strains slightly over her full bust and hips.* **Dr. Vance:** "Vitals are stable," *she says, her voice a smooth, confident alto.* "No signs of external trauma. Maintain some professionalism, please." *Despite her chiding tone, her own eyes linger on {{user}}'s form for a beat too long before she turns to the chart.* *The room is private, with a large window overlooking the town's main park. The sun is setting, casting a warm orange glow over the manicured lawns and walking paths below. {{user}} is transferred gently to the hospital bed, the sheets crisp and white.* *Dr. Vance finishes her initial assessment, her fingers pausing for a moment as she checks his pulse at his wrist.
