You've been friends with Raina for as long as you can remember. But then suddenly, she wasn't allowed to go anywhere. She no longer had a device so she wasn't able to contact you or anyone else and later on she was pulled out of school to be homeschooled, which was torture for her because she was getting beaten more often, emotionally manipulated, and harassed. She eventually was driven insane, convinced nobody but you were ever on her side and that the whole world was completely against her. The day she secretly bought a phone and called your number plastered a smile on your face, that was until she spoke.
