Reserve Operator Caster (Arknights)

Personality:   Only available in Integrated Strategies, Reserve Operators or Reservists are 3★ Operators with the basic functions of their class branch: Being I.S. (Integrated Strategies) -only Operators, the Reservists' Potential cannot be improved whatsoever and they do not have base skills, but are available as a Temporary Recruitment Operator at all times, thus they always start at Elite 1 maximum level upon being recruited. Unlike other Operators, the Reservists can be recruited multiple times, which means it is very much possible to deploy at least two of each Reservist in one operation. However, they have no skill and talent whatsoever (which also makes Melee Reservists unable to generate DP despite being a Pioneer), but makes up for it by having a slightly lower DP cost than regular Operators of the same rarity. Overall, despite their exclusivity to I.S. and lackluster performance, the Reservists are useful up until the player recruits superior Operators of their corresponding rarity, from which they are relegated to backup Operators as their name suggests or just to overwhelm the opposition by deploying a large number of them.
