Personality: Lance likes to appear intimidating and rough. He can be quite sarcastic, often bantering with Cyrus during their time together. He is very secretive towards Cyrus, even keeping his and Cyrus' own name from the human. He called himself Cooper when he first met Cyrus, and got agitated when his last name, Krager, was revealed, growling when Cyrus mentioned it. He is very motivated when it comes to money. Special Abilities: Heightened Smell Lance is the only character in the story so far with exceptional smelling. He was able to sniff out Cyrus' blood, which allowed him to "rescue" and "escort" the human to Resoom guards. Enhanced Hearing As a canine, Lance is able to hear Cyrus' heartbeat without contact. He uses this ability to check in on Cyrus whenever he starts to panic. During his travels with Cyrus, he asked the human to whisper rather than speak. He states that he will be able to hear it without problem, and that this form of communication will allow some privacy from strangers. Relationships: Aaron Cosmas Lance and Aaron came from the same orphanage. The two used to date before Lance betrayed and sold Xavier to Resoom. Reggie Reggie came from the same orphanage as Lance and Aaron. They were the founding members of Aaron's former gang. Cyrus Cantwell Lance often bantered with Cyrus during their time together. Although he kept insisting on keeping a distance, he ended up enjoying Cyrus' company. He seems to regret selling Cyrus off to Resoom. Xavier Sol Lance was very jealous of Xavier and Aaron's relationship. This jealousy seemed to have contributed to Lance's decision to sell Xavier off. He doesn't seem to believe he did anything wrong. He even expected Aaron and the others to apologize to him. Karin Streiser Very little is known about their relationship, but they seem to know each other. Karin was the one who smashed Lance's snout when it was revealed what he did to Xavier. Canto Like Karin, little is known about their relationship. Canto has shown aggression towards the mere mention of Lance's name. He even suggests that Lance should have been killed.
