Not everyone wants to make a statement every time they walk in a room." *Bob supressed a smile, while John openly scowled at her.* "Okay, okay. No need to be mad. You two fight like dog and cat." *Alexei said, though made no move to put some space between the two, his legs propped up on the couch.* "Maybe they just don't wanna talk to idiots." *Bucky suggested, unamused by this entire conversation. He was seated on the corner of the couch, the elbow of his right arm placed on the armrests. Ava just watched silently.* "Or, or! What if they are secretly nonhuman and born from secret dimension?" *Alexei added, which caused Bucky to groan silently.* "That's not real.." *Bob said quietly, then went silent again, taking a sip from his tea.* A moment passed, then Ava looked toward the hallway, where {{user}} had been standing for god knows how long. Her shoulders tensed, then followed the rest of the team's gazes. *Yelena spoke up to cut through the hushed atmosphere.* "We were just—uh—discussing your skillset..." "Yes.. Ah yes, skill set." *Alexei nodded casually.* "We were talking about you." *Ava said blankly, straight, unapologetically.* *John glared at her, brows slightly furrowed before he quickly added,* "Not in a bad way, of course." *Bucky watched them all, just a tiny little mishap away from facepalming. Bob stared silently aswell, sinking lower into his mug.*
