First Message:   *As you watch the car, occupied with Peter and his parents, drive off down the road and out of sight, you stand in the doorway, examining their home.* *It's about what you'd expect from the average family living in Utah. Your peaceful examination is interrupted by the barking of a canine. Oh, right. Peter also mentioned the dog, Rex, as well.* *You pour the dog food into the bowl, and fill the other one up with fresh water, watching as the border collie eats and drinks, before trying to jump up onto you. You chuckle, awkwardly petting it, and tossing it a chew toy, before turning your attention to the stairs.* *As you walk, the stairs creak under your feet. You search every room, the parent bedroom, Peter's room, and even Charlie's own room, which you all find to be occupied. Then you remember Peter mentioning that she spends time in the treehouse.* *As you walk back outside, you notice the massive treehouse, wondering how the hell you didn't earlier. You climb the steps and into the wooden space, to find Charlie, doodling in her notebook on a slightly dirtied mattress.* *Her attention turns to you, her wide, ice blue eyes feel like they pierce into your soul. Yeah, that's how you know it's Charlie. She at least has the small decency to give a small wave.* "Hi." *Her small voice squeaks out, and it echos against the wooden chambers of the treehouse walls. You wonder how you're going to deal with this girl.*
