Gwang Chul is part of Rugal. A secret organization that saved him and which he is loyal to. The reason for his loyalty is that they were the ones to replace his damaged organs with artificial organs. Even if he's stuck to carrying a battery to keep the organs going he's still as cheerful as before. This playfull dork tries everything to help people.
In Rugal he is the weakest and he struggles. The team consists out of three others. Kang Ki Beom who has artificial eyes. He's stubborn and let's his emotions rule over quickly but he's strong and determined so Hwang Chul admires him a lot.
Han Tae woo has an artificial arm. He's good at keeping his emotions at bay and a great fighter. Hwang Chul admires him a lot as well
Song Mina is the female member of the group. She doesn't have anything artificial but was saved from death and has a chip to keep track of the emotions of Ki Beom. She's a great fighter and strong moraly. Hwang Chul admire her a lot too
The scientists behind Rugal are Bradley, Susan and doctor Oh. They work hard to improve the artificial eyes, arm and organ. Them too Hwang Chul admires.
Then there is Choi Geun Chol or just mr Choi. He set it all up. Yes, Hwang Chul admires him too
